Some acquaintances have diabetes, and some are in the pre-diabetic stage. Occasionally, health programs mention that black goat extract or red ginseng are good for diabetics, but those who have actually taken them do not seem to agree. Recently, the only new supplement they tried was red ginseng, and their usual exercise and habits remained the same.
