The number of days with headaches is gradually increasing, and on severe days, even just walking makes my head feel very throbbing.
While looking around here and there, I did a quick self-diagnosis on the wall, and I realized that I am developing a turtle neck ㅠㅠ
As a result of trying this, my head did not touch the wall.
The symptoms are indicating that I am developing a turtle neck, so I looked into ways to correct my posture.
By consistently and frequently adopting this posture and correcting my posture, I found that it really helps when I have severe headaches.
Still, quick posture correction can help for a moment, but until it is perfectly corrected, I didn't think this alone would solve the headache.
So, the second method I looked into is stretching!
Just by consistently doing simple stretches without any tools, I definitely noticed my headaches significantly decrease.
I think I had severe headaches caused by poor posture.
I think I should pay attention to my posture when I'm at my desk from now on.
Habitually adopting a comfortable posture has led to such poor results.
For those who work at their desks for long periods, sitting about 45 to 60 cm away from the monitor as shown in the picture and being mindful not to jut your head forward while working may help reduce turtle neck syndrome a little!
