꾸준한 혈당관리 홧팅입니다 혈당기와 식단으로 잘 관리하시네요^^
I measure my blood sugar daily with the Green Doctor blood glucose meter from Green Cross.
I have a family history of diabetes and my fasting blood sugar was high during a health checkup, so I felt the need to manage my blood sugar. My husband is also obese and was diagnosed with prediabetes, so I ordered a blood glucose monitor.
The blood glucose meter I use is the Green Doctor by Green Cross, which appears at the top of search results. It is cost-effective, provides accurate measurements, and I am satisfied with it and use it well.
My spouse and I started with diet management and exercise first. For the diet, we chose to reduce carbohydrate intake to about one-third to one-half of our usual amount, and we mixed brown rice and konjac rice with white rice. For dinner, we mostly ate salads and protein-rich foods, and we chose low-sugar snacks. We also did squats three times a week to sweat it out. After about two months of this, we lost approximately 6 kilograms (my husband lost 10 kilograms), and naturally, our blood sugar levels normalized well. Now, two more months have passed since then, and we no longer follow such a strict diet as before. We try to eat rice mixed with konjac earlier for dinner instead of salad, and on days when we can't exercise, we make sure to at least climb stairs. I think forming habits is the most important thing.
I am still in the process of management, and I still have a way to go to reach my normal weight, so I am trying hard. As a result of two months of intense management, most importantly, my blood sugar has returned to normal, which makes me feel relieved and happy, and I want to continue maintaining it and make proper management a habit.
This is the blood glucose meter I use. I hope my writing can be of some reference or help, and I wish everyone good health. Fighting!
