맞아요! 식후에 보통 바로 눕는경우가 많은데 식후에 30분정도 걸어도 혈당 스파이크에 도움이 많이 된다고 해요! 저는 요새 많이 나태해졌는데 다시 습관들였던때로 돌아가야겠어요 ㅎㅎ
