My personal sleep item: a comfort plush toy

Actually, it's a baby safety belt doll before being an attachment doll~ lol

Since the child has grown up and doesn't need it, I use it when I sleep~

It's not very tall, so it's very comfortable~

However, the doll's head part has height, so when resting on the neck, it may not feel very cool.

So before going to bed, it's my personal sleep item that I use in various ways to help with sleep.

Just be careful not to accidentally flip and get caught in the Velcro part of the seatbelt, or you'll pull out your hair lol.
