It's been six years since I started working~
I mostly stand for long periods of time, so always~
I feel a swelling sensation in my leg.
Sometimes I get a cramp in my leg while sleeping.
Place it on the pillow when sleeping at home.
Even though I try to reduce the swelling on my own, I keep working.
The swelling always remains in my cognition~
A friend told me to try wearing compression stockings.
I tried wearing it once.
It's so tight and stuffy that I can't wear it.
Still, I hear it helps a lot, so I should try wearing it, right? ^^
