Varicose vein symptoms

I keep getting cramps and pain in only one calf.

Is this also one of the symptoms of varicose veins?

Usually, when it takes a long time, both sides hurt, but strangely, only one side hurts for me.

I'm also wondering if I need to visit the hospital for this.

I'm curious if others have similar symptoms.
