Lately, my legs have been swelling a lot, and veins have appeared behind my calves, making my legs feel increasingly heavy and difficult to bear.

Only one blood vessel protruded briefly.

Does the veins always protrude when it is varicose veins?

Should I proceed with the surgery immediately?
