Are there many inconveniences caused by varicose veins?

I'm not at a very severe stage.

My surroundings don't say much, but my husband sometimes looks at my legs.

They often say that I should be careful of varicose veins.

So, I noticed that there are a couple of slightly protruding areas.

How should I manage this... I walk frequently, so I'm a little curious if it's related.

Has anyone experienced discomfort or pain because of this?
