If the upper body is thin and the lower body is thick

I tend to have more lower body fat compared to my body type.

When you lose weight, only the upper body tends to slim down, which makes the imbalance with the lower body more noticeable.

That doesn't mean you should do upper body exercises when dieting.

I tend to focus more on lower body exercises, but I hardly lose any fat in my lower body and only my upper body fat is really decreasing.

I usually experience swelling in my legs as well.

Should we suspect varicose veins in this case?

I think it's because of varicose veins that my lower body circulation isn't good, so I can't lose weight.
