My legs are swollen and blood circulation is poor. Could it be a problem with my varicose veins?

Hello. I work standing for long periods due to my job. I have always been concerned about poor blood circulation. Recently, especially, my legs are swollen and blood circulation seems to be poor. Could it be a problem with varicose veins? In the evenings, I experience pain in my legs and sometimes get cramps at night. I also noticed thread-like patterns on my legs, like spider veins. Should I go to the hospital?
