Hello. I see many tiny blood vessels like spider veins in my legs.
I saw that these symptoms frequently appear in self-diagnosis of varicose veins.
 
There is swelling in my leg, except for the capillaries.
The most noticeable thing is the thin capillaries.
I'm considering whether to visit the hospital; could it be varicose veins?
