이 제품을 써보진 않았는데 대부분 일시적이더라구요 진짜 주기적으로 꾸준히 해주면 그 일시적인게 유지가 되지만 스스로 손을 놓는 순간 다시 원래의 모습으로 돌아가더라구요 ㅠ.ㅠ

I used to have a lot of chin and cheek fat, but as I get older, it seems to sag more, so I've been taking care of it recently.
Since I tend to gain weight easily, I am doing aerobic exercise to lose the fat that causes it.
I think this alone is not enough, so I also use a jaw lifting band during dinner time.
If you do this subtly, it can look funny and also be uncomfortable, so I really wonder if it actually has any benefits.
If there are other good lifting methods or assistive devices, I would like to refer to them and try them out.
