Received scalp care.

🎀 Why did you decide to undergo this procedure?

I received treatment because my skin condition was not good, possibly due to dryness in the summer caused by seborrheic dermatitis.

🎀 How satisfied were you after the procedure?

It seems that you first examined the scalp condition inside the hair and explained well the possible situations that may occur during the treatment process.

Through the intermediate product, I could feel a cooling sensation on my scalp, and after shampooing, seeing my scalp become clean, my heart pounded, and I could also feel my hair becoming lighter. I think I am completely satisfied.

 

🎀 How would you rate the pain during the procedure? Please express it with a number from 1 to 5! (1: Almost no pain, 3: Bearable, 5: Very painful)

There was a slight itchiness caused by the medication from time to time, but I was able to endure it.

They explained each detail carefully and thoroughly, and provided detailed instructions on what to do with Cha-u.

The price isn't very cheap, but since they did their best to care for us, I think that's reasonable.
