Do you receive skin care at a dermatology clinic? Or do you get it at a beauty salon?

Dermatology clinics are expensive and only do facial treatments, while most salons seem to offer face and shoulder massages as well. I'm having trouble making a choice~ Considering cost-effectiveness, salons might be okay, but I also wonder if dermatology clinics are better~ I'm indecisive.
