That's why, in winter, cuticles on my fingers form and it's hard.
It's hard and painful because it's dry ㅠㅠ
While I was shopping for eye cream, I came across something called cuticle reboomer and I'm thinking about buying it.
Will it work?

손톱 큐티클은 제거하는게 안 좋은건데요~? 네일샵에서 일부러 제거하는 거지 사실 그게 손톱 보호해주는 거예요 제거하니까 건조한겁니다
