How do you manage millet skin?

Hello. Lately, maybe because of dryness, I’ve been developing small bumps on my skin. I’ve tried changing my night creams and using ampoules, but the bumps still haven’t disappeared. I’m curious if anyone knows how to care for skin with these small bumps.
