Misconceptions about laminate

Until now, I only knew that laminate was for whitening, that is, making teeth white.

That's why I emphasize white teeth even when I see advertisements.

After reading the text, it seems like they are grinding it down (ugh, something creepy about this...) and then covering it up.

You need to change it, manage the differences accordingly, and the whitening effect may also decrease.

I was just thinking about trying it myself, but I think I would be too scared to do it if I had to grind it down. Surely, there will be a day when it becomes necessary someday, right?

If you get a laminate, you probably won't be able to chew even a real apple comfortably, so naturally, the same goes for meat, right?

Is there a possibility of something breaking off when eating something hard?

I'm really curious about whether the whitening effect lasts a long time.
