Have those who underwent teeth whitening really seen results?

I've been very worried about it for a long time.

I want to get teeth whitening... I'm really afraid of the dentist too.

Even just scaling makes my teeth feel very sensitive, and I heard teeth whitening is even more so.

And I love coffee so much that I make sure to drink at least one cup a day.

I'm worried that the effect might wear off again soon.
