치과가 답이라네요 뭐든 전문의에게 맡겨야하는것 같아요
As I get older, even if I brush my teeth diligently and take care of them, my teeth tend to turn yellow. I haven't visited a hospital for teeth whitening to get an estimate, but I think it might be expensive, so lately I've been tempted by the self-whitening products that are heavily advertised. In fact, since we don't have professional knowledge about teeth, there are many things we don't understand even when we see advertisements. Just as dermatologists are the answer for blemishes and freckles, I wonder if teeth whitening is also best handled by a dentist. I am curious about what a dental specialist would think.

지폐메이커미백은 병원 아니면 방법이 없더라고요 치아를 긁어내늡 거라서요 전문 치과 다니는게 좋아요
반달진맞아요ㅠㅠ 셀프 치아미백은 거의 효과가 미미하다고 보시면 될 것 같아요 게다가 양치 후 매번 30분씩 물고 있는 것도 현실적으로는 실천하기가 힘들더라구요^^;
김워킹돈만 버렸다는 리뷰 본적 있어요. 치과가 답인가봐요.

강아림셀프 치아미백은 확실히 가는거보다 효과가 안 좋은 거 같아요.
