Questions about teeth whitening..

Has anyone had teeth whitening last year or this year? I had whitening after my first orthodontic treatment, but since I was very young, my memory is a bit fuzzy haha. They apply a solution and shine a blue laser light, but how many sessions are usually needed? Also, how long does the whitening last? It probably depends on how well you maintain it, right? And most importantly, does teeth whitening cause any damage to the teeth?

These days, prices seem to have become much more affordable, so it would be nice if you could also share the price information^^ If you have any information, please let me know.
