Recently, I decided to quit smoking due to health issues. But just trying to quit cold turkey, I can hold out for a few days, but eventually I end up smoking again. So I was thinking about what to do and considering purchasing nicotine gum. But does nicotine gum really help with quitting smoking? I have a feeling it might be useless, so I would appreciate it if someone who has used nicotine gum could share their experience.
