Is there a good way to quit this week? Everyone.
I tend to have a lot of company dinners and I don't particularly like alcohol, but when I'm having a hard time, I often think of drinking. Even though I know that alcohol is bad for my health, I often end up drinking it inevitably.
I know that alcohol is not good, but still, I feel more at ease after drinking, so I really struggle with how to resolve this.
What do you all think about sobriety this week?
