I don't usually enjoy drinking, but I end up drinking about once or twice a week.
Even when I try not to drink, my husband always copies me, so I end up drinking again.
I think I can't eat chicken without beer now. I tried drinking cola instead of beer, but it was too sweet and not very good.
I used to drink up to two cans, but these days even just one can makes me feel a slight hangover the next day, so I realize alcohol doesn't agree with my body. I feel the need to cut back on drinking, but it's difficult.
Are there any good alternatives or helpful methods to reduce alcohol consumption when I crave a can of beer in the evening?
