Quitting smoking and drinking are both very difficult, but if health issues arise, people tend to find it easier to quit. However, in some cases, it seems really hard. Still, to quit smoking, chewing gum or frequently drinking water or tea might help. For quitting alcohol, avoiding social gatherings seems to be the best answer.
