My personal home care tips for focusing on the evening routine

Since my skin is easily irritated by the external environment during the day, I pay special attention to my evening routine.

Before going to bed, apply a generous amount of soothing ampoule and moisturizing cream, and when your skin is sensitive, take a break from exfoliation and focus on soothing care.

Sometimes, I finish with a sleeping pack to help my skin fully recover overnight.

 

I found that by adjusting my routine to suit my skin condition like this, I could maintain much more stable and healthy skin.

It is a small habit, but if you keep it consistently, you can feel your skin becoming much clearer and firmer.
