It was good that you took enough time during the consultation and listened carefully, showing an attitude of understanding and empathy towards the patient's story, and providing a sense of well-organized support, which gives psychological stability.
The hospital facilities are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient because it's easy to get to from the hospital.
I find it bothersome to fill out the questionnaires frequently, but I believe they help with my treatment, so I am diligently and carefully filling them out.
