(Concern) Can dizziness also be caused by psychological factors?

The dizziness is extremely severe.

It seems to have become severe over the past few months.

I went to the ENT specialist first because I was dizzy, and I had all the tests done, but there was nothing wrong.

Went to neurology and had an EEG? Nothing abnormal there either.

They did an MRI and CT scan to check for brain problems, but there was no abnormality.

But I feel very dizzy.

Could dizziness also be related to psychological issues?

But other than dizziness, there are no other abnormalities.

My quality of life has greatly decreased because of dizziness.
