약을 먹어도 효과가 없다면 다른 약으로 바꿔달라하셔야되요. 아니면 다른 병원으로 가보시는 것도 좋아요. 병원마다 취급하는 약이 다를 경우가 더러있어요.

I've been taking medication recently, but there hasn't been any improvement yet.
