Panic Disorder Treatment Experience: Finding Direction Amidst Anxiety

I started treatment for panic disorder due to sudden anxiety.

Through various processes, I found a direction for panic disorder treatment that suits me.

I am currently continuing treatment for panic disorder through consistent management.

At first, I couldn't understand the situation where anxiety was growing for no reason.

There were repeated moments when my heart raced and I became short of breath, even though there was no particular reason.

With every moment, I felt like my daily life came to a halt, and gradually, going out itself began to feel like a burden.

As these experiences continued, I decided that I could no longer put it off, and naturally, I began to consider treatment for panic disorder.

Visiting the hospital for the first time was not easy, but I felt a little relieved after hearing an explanation of my current condition through the consultation.

After listening to the expert's explanation, I came to understand that systematic treatment for panic disorder is necessary.

Since then, I started treating my panic disorder in a way that suited me, combining medication and counseling.

At first, I felt frustrated because there wasn't much change, but I trusted the advice that consistency is important and kept going.

As I practiced breathing control and cognitive training together, I became able to recognize the moments when anxiety gradually rose.

In particular, practicing slow breathing control was very helpful, and this was an important part of the panic disorder treatment process.

As I tried to maintain a consistent lifestyle pattern, I started to stably align my sleep and meal times.

I have come to realize that these changes are ultimately part of the treatment for panic disorder.

I felt a change where, even if symptoms appeared over time, I wasn't as shaken as I used to be.

It hadn't completely disappeared, but the biggest difference was that I could control it myself.

Through this experience, I realized that the treatment of panic disorder is not something that ends in the short term, but requires consistent management.

Even now, I am checking my physical condition and trying to maintain my daily life within limits that do not strain me.

My goal is to continue treating my panic disorder in a way that suits me, just as I am doing now, and to maintain a stable condition.
