Is there anyone who has adapted to multifocal lenses?

The nearby text is blurry when I look at it with glasses. I find it easier to see without glasses and just use my naked eyes. Anyway, I have to wear glasses, so I do, but when reading KakaoTalk messages or books, especially in real life (especially outside), it's very inconvenient to have to take off my glasses every time I read my phone when a message comes in. So, I got multifocal lenses after diagnosis at an optical shop, and they look quite convincing when I first wear them.

But since the multifocal part of the lens is at the bottom of the glasses, (I'm not sure if I'm explaining this properly), I always have to look down at the book. It's so uncomfortable that I just take off my glasses and read.

Is there anyone who has adapted to multifocal lenses and uses them without any issues? I wonder if I just don't know how to use them or if it's something else.

I want to know how to wear glasses and read books, specifically how to position and angle your eyes.

그래서 다초점렌즈에 대해 알면서도 전 일반렌즈로 적응하고 삽니다..
    그런 불편이 있다고 들어서요..
