How is astigmatism correction done?

I did include some astigmatism correction when fitting the glasses.

I keep feeling more and more dizzy.

The muscles around the eyes feel tight.

Sometimes I also get headaches.

Even after changing glasses multiple times

The symptoms don't completely disappear.

Is there a separate correction for astigmatism?

I'm curious.
