저도 40대가 되면서 시력 엄청 떨어지고 말씀하신 증상들 다 있어요. 노안수술 이런게 있다는데 금액이 후덜덜 하더라구요..천만원 전후 래요.

Presbyopia... What should I do to prevent it from getting worse?
Are there any people struggling because of presbyopia?

저도 노안이 점점 심해지네요 안경을 벗엇다가 썻다가해요

노안은 답이 없는 것 같아요... 최대한 눈을 쉬게 해주게 좋을 것 같아요 저도 컴퓨터를 많이 보는 직업이라...ㅠㅠ 그래도 최대한 30분마다 한 번씩 먼 곳과 하늘을 보려고 노력합니다.
