How are multifocal glasses?

I've been wearing glasses for over 35 years^^

I haven't been able to read books for a few years now.

I used to read 3 to 4 books a month, but I can't see them now.

I used to look without glasses, but my eye fatigue is severe.

Sometimes I have severe headaches, so I only manage to read one book a month.

It's tough..

My husband is telling me to get multifocal glasses.

How are multifocal glasses?
