폰을 좀 덜보고 멀리 보는 연습을 하면 눈이 덜피로하지않을까요?
When I look at my phone or read a book, everything seems strangely blurry, so I went to the ophthalmologist, and as expected, I have presbyopia ㅠㅠ It's still early, so they said there's no need to wear reading glasses yet, but is correction possible?
