[Arm Fat Dissolving Injection Review] I deliberately waited a week to compare and write this review.
When you look at the effects of facial fat dissolving injections, your eyes are drawn to other areas as well.
I was preparing for marriage, so I had a lot to worry about, and I was especially concerned about the fat on my arms.
There are about 6 months left until my wedding, but I didn't want to start a diet and was just holding out until I found out about this procedure. So, rather than writing a review right away, I deliberately delayed posting it so that I could compare results after about a week.
Rather than feeling the effects right after receiving it, I felt more like I was waiting in doubt, wondering, “Is this really effective?”
So I compared the photos taken at the hospital during the procedure with the photos taken today at the same angle, and I could see that the lower line had been straightened.
Actually, I never thought my arms were thick to begin with, but as I got older, I felt like they were sagging more and more rather than losing weight, and I was worried that it would be awkward to go to a wedding hall in this condition.
I work out intermittently, and I'm not the type to diet strictly, so I felt like there was a limit to how much I could lose from just working out on my arms.
The first thing I did when I went to the hospital was to take an InBody test. Since it had been a while since I had taken one, the results were quite shocking and from then on I thought, “I really need to take care of myself.”
During the consultation, they asked me in detail about my usual diet, work patterns, and sleep patterns, and I felt like they placed particular importance on my drinking frequency, water intake, and sleep.
When I told them that I hardly drink water and that I drink coffee like water, they nagged me quite a bit about that…
So I completely stopped drinking coffee for a week after the procedure.
Immediately after the fat dissolving injection, it didn't feel as painless as I thought.
I've had tattoo removal, fillers, double eyelid surgery, and even SMILE laser surgery, so I thought the injection would be okay, but honestly, it did hurt.
I was told that the needle was large because a lot of the solution was injected into my arm, and after getting the shot, my arm felt like it was going to burst for about a day.
It feels like my arm is a little full of solution…
Looking at the photo from a day later, it was surprising to see that the solution was still left on the lower arm, so it was convex and that part looked white.
Aajusa said that I needed to drink a lot of water to expel the solution, so I was recommended to drink about 3 liters a day, and I filled up my Stanley 887ml tumbler and refilled it 3 times.
I went to the bathroom really often.
I was also told to avoid exercising on the day and the next day, so I rested. Four days later, on Monday, I went to the gym and did some strength training, focusing on back exercises and kettlebells.
It's not like my body will change with just one workout, but I felt like it had a tangible effect because I was moving around while in the solution.
I kept drinking water for a few days and thought, “Is this really changing?” Today is exactly a week since it’s been a week, so I took a picture from the same angle and compared them. Based on the location of the dots on the forearm I can see that the sagging skin line has been straightened out.
In the photo with the arms outstretched to the side, there was less of a feeling of downward sagging.
However, it feels too early to judge based on just one time, and it seems necessary to observe a little more as several factors such as water intake (3 liters per day), stopping coffee, and strength training in between may have worked together.
