    위고비에서 마운자로 많이 넘어간 추세더라구요 마운자로 부작용은 오심 구토 설사는 기본 흔하게 있다고 하네요. 거의 위장 관계 이상 반응이 심하네요

    마운자로 저도 많이 들어 봤어요 
마운자로는 식욕억제와 인슐린 분비를 돕는 효과가 있어 체중감량 효과가 좋다고 들었어요 
간혹 구토나 설사 소화 불량 같은 부작용도 있다고 하네요
