아이들 변비가 심하군요. 저는 아이들 어렸을 때 장마사지 많이 해줬어요 관장은 제가 안해봐서 잘 모르겠네요.

푸른봄장마사지에 미역국 많이 줬었네요. 초등때는 배아프대서 병원가니 관장약 넣었어요. 아이 심할때는 약국에서 관장약사서 넣으시면 될듯해요
찬바람이서늘하게미역국을 어느순간부터인가 거부하더라고요 ㅠㅠ 약국에서도 저도 구비를 해야겠네요~

저희도 처음에는 병원갔다가 지금은 관장약으로 관장해줘요 장마사지 많이 해주시고 유산균 먹으시는게 좋아요~

유산균을 먹이다가 효과가 없어서 지금은 안먹이고 있거든요 다시 구입해봐야겠어요~

조도현저희도 관장은 약국에서 파는 약으로 해도 된다고 소아과 선생님께 안내받아서 집에서 하고 있어요~ 용량만 잘 지키면 될 것 같아요~
