Pigmentation ointment sold at the pharmacy

Has anyone used the pigmentation cream sold at the pharmacy?

Every time I go to the pharmacy, I keep noticing it, but the price is a bit high, and I'm worried it might not be effective, so I hesitate to buy it.

I'm hesitant. Have you tried any effective pigmentation creams available at the pharmacy?
