전 보통 38도이상 넘어가면 약 먹여요 그 전까지는 좀 지켜보는 편이네요 빨리 나았으면 좋켔네요

I was just playing around and didn't realize, but when I unconsciously touched my forehead, I felt warmth. When I checked my temperature, it was about 37.7°C.
So I thought, "Huh?" and watched a bit more, and I definitely felt a heat sensation in my head, with a fever fluctuating between 37.7°C and 38°C.
Do you give fever medicine in such cases?
Or do they cool you down and wipe you with a handkerchief while watching?
Suddenly, my older child is sick, and I am overwhelmed.
My second child always has a high fever when sick, so I give medication without hesitation. I'm not sure whether I should just watch or give medication for this level of fever.

장보고열감이 있어도 잘 먹고 컨디션이 좋으면 일단은 지켜보면서 체크를 하면 되긴해요...
푸른봄열기가 느껴지고 체온계도 37.5도 넘어가면 해열제 먹였어요. 시원하게 해주며 체크해보셔요.
구시렁오를 거 같고 힘들어 하면 해열제 먹입니다 상태 괜찮으면 시원하게 하고 좀 쉬게 해줘요
꼬미꼬미♡저는 조금 뜨겁거나 7.5 넘어가면 해열제 먹여요 열패치 사놓은거 냉장고에 넣어둬서 그거 붙여주고요
김도연미열에는 일단 손수건으로 해주고 그러더라구요 ㅠ 그러게요 저도 아이아프면 멘붕이와요
채아미저도 저렇게 어중간할때 고민되더라구요 밤이 다가오면 전 먹이긴해요 새벽에 열나면 안되니깐
펭하잉저는 그정도는 시원하게 해주면서 지켜보다가 38도 넘음 약 먹이긴 해요
