열이 나면 해열제는 복용시켜야해요. 아이마다 잘 맞는 해열제가 다르더군요. 확인해 두었다가 먹이세요. 열이 갑자기 오르면 경기로 이어질수 있어 조심해야 되요. 해열제 복용후 옷을 벗기고 미온수로 닦아주면 도움이 되요. 어린이집에 다니는 아이들은 바이러스 감염이 생각보다 많아요. 구내염이 오거나 수족구염이 잘 와요. 주의 깊게 관찰하시고 병원 다녀오신건 참 잘했어요.

After picking up my child from the daycare.
I do pretty poops, and when I come home, I eat various snacks.

열 날 때 해열제 먹이면 되구요. 잘 논다고 하니 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다. 저희 아들도 어렸을 때 열나는데도 잘 놀았어요. 하지만 엄마 입장에서는 아무리 잘 먹고 잘 놀아도 열이 나는데 걱정되잖아요. 그래서 의사쌤께 물었더니 잘 노는 걸 다행으로 여기라 하시더라구요 ㅎㅎ 너무 기특하지 않냐면서요. 어디가 아파서 그런지는 모르겠으나 그래도 아이가 스스로의 면역으로 잘 이겨내고 있다는 말 아니겠어요? 그렇다고 열이 나는데 그냥 두고 있을 순 없으니 해열제 먹이고 잘 지켜보면 된다고 하셨어요. 제 경험에 비춰볼 때 열이 나면 거의 편도가 부어서더라구요. 그리고 그 경우 해열제 몇번 먹이면 나으니까 너무 걱정 마시고 이따가 병원 데려가보세요. 아마도 약하게 약 처방해주실 거구요. 그거 먹이면 괜찮을 겁니다 ^^ 다만 잘 지켜보세요~

그러게요 목이 좀 부었더라구요 그래서 열이 났었나봐요 감기가 나을것 같으면 또 걸리고 또 걸리네요ㅜㅜ

열이 나면 해열제로 속에서 열내리는 방법과 몸 밖에서 내려주는 방법이 있어요 해열제는 2-3가지 집에 상비로 준비해두시는걸 추천드려요 아이 따라, 바이러스 따라 해열제가 잘 듣는 케이스가 다르더라구요 병원에서 넉넉히 처방받아 새 해열제 한병 여유분으로 킵핑해놓으면 마음 편하더라구요 몸 밖에서 열 내리는 방법은 따뜻한 물수건이요. 따뜻한 물수건으로 팔, 다리, 얼굴, 목을 닦아주는거죠 차가운 물은 아이가 놀래고, 오한이 들어 추워하는 아이에게 오래 못해주겠더라구요 그래서 뜨끈한 물수건으로 노출된 부위를 돌아가며 닦아주면 좋더라구요 물이 증발할때 주변의 열을 같이 가지고 증발해서 아이몸의 피부 열을 빼앗아가요 그래서 체온을 30분 정도면 2-3도 떨어뜨려 주더라구요.

네 정말 해열제는 여러개 상비약으로 두고있어요 언제 아플지 모르니까요ㅜㅜ 괜찮다가도 갑자기 아프기도 해서 ㅎㅎ.. 다행히 열이 금방내려가고 건강하게 다시 지내고 있답니다
