This is Seo-Chungju Myungmyeong Children and Adolescent Clinic.

I frequently visit the Chungju area for work, and this is the only pediatric clinic in Jungangtap-myeon, Seo-Chungju New Town. It's on the second floor of the Daiso building, right in front of the main gate of Seo-Chungju e-Pyeonhansesang. It's a blessing just to have a pediatric clinic. I'm recommending this clinic to anyone living in Seo-Chungju, as I think it's a good idea.
