I love running to Seochang-dong Bright Future Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic every time I have a fever.

The scariest thing about raising children is definitely a fever.

The doctor seems a bit blunt, but is also very kind and attentive in providing medical care.

Especially because the directions are accurate, I always insist on this place even if there are multiple pediatric clinics.

That day, I was working on personal tasks at home.

I received a call from the school.

Our second child has a fever over 38.5°C, so I need to pick them up from school immediately.

The homeroom teacher also contacted me.

The school nurse also contacted me.

I have a high fever, so I think I should go to the hospital immediately and get a flu test.

These days, flu is so widespread among children that when they have a high fever, we perform a flu test.

I need to get a voice confirmation letter or a certificate confirming full recovery and permission to return to school.

I received an urgent call and visited immediately.

Children cry a lot during flu tests because they are very sick.

I had already prepared myself to be strong in case my child cried, but the teacher...

They finished as quickly as possible while monitoring the child's condition.

Fortunately, he has a voice again, and he says that the high fever was caused by severe tonsillitis and rhinitis.

Since the fever is still high, they requested a follow-up visit just three days later after only respiratory treatment.

Hoo, I waited about an hour and a half to see the doctor.

 

As expected, the doctor also treated me very kindly.

Nurses also deal with many very sick children, so both parents and children can be quite sensitive.

They kindly guided and explained to each person, and they really put in a lot of effort.

Our child was also treated kindly with medication prescription and respiratory therapy.
