Haeundae-gu Jwadong The Greater Child and Adolescent Clinic

Last summer, when I visited my hometown in Busan, my nephew suddenly had a fever and was sick, so I took him to a pediatric clinic. Since it was Sunday and I was worried there might be no clinics open, I searched and found this place that also offers holiday medical services. I was so grateful that I drove over 20 minutes with my sibling to get there. His fever was nearly 39 degrees Celsius, which was scary, and I was also afraid to just give him fever reducers without consulting a doctor, so I brought him in. Even though it was a holiday, there were quite a few patients, which surprised me. Still, we didn't have to wait long and were able to see a doctor immediately. A young female doctor kindly took care of us, and after getting a prescription and medication, I felt reassured. When children get sick on weekends or holidays, you really don't know what to do... but I was so thankful that there was a pediatric clinic nearby that offers holiday services. It seems that the director is available, making holiday consultations possible. I'm also grateful that this place is located in a large residential complex, so there is a pediatric clinic of this size nearby. There are no pediatric clinics near my house, which is fortunate since I don't have young children, but for families with young kids, finding an open pediatric clinic on short notice can be really tough.
