How many vaccinations do you give at once to a child who is over one year old?

I forgot to give my baby the vaccinations for their first birthday. Since they were feeling fine and the nurse said it was okay, I took them to get all four shots at once. Is that okay? How many shots do parents usually give their children at once?

I got it fitted and came back, but I'm a little worried.

It's not that the child is sick or anything, but...
