Received orthopedic treatment for back pain

I had been living in constant agony due to back pain for the past month, so last week I visited Barunbon Surgical Clinic at the entrance of Mangwon Market.

I wanted to at least get an X-ray, but the doctor said it was degenerative arthritis caused by my age and prolonged overuse, so he advised me to be careful with exercise and receive treatment. I received two injections in my right lower back and was prescribed medication for a week, and I have been getting by.

I visited the hospital again today for the first time in a week because my leg was tingling, probably due to playing soccer too hard yesterday.

Thanks to the nurse's kindness and the director's special care, I also received physical therapy. After receiving traction therapy and two other types of physical therapy, my body felt much more refreshed.

I am grateful for the kindness of the trustworthy director and nursing staff, and it made me realize that I should take care of my body by appropriately combining home training and early morning soccer.
