Currently, I am maintaining a moderate lifestyle and consistently continuing my migraine treatment methods.


At first, I tried to solve it with just painkillers.

Taking medicine whenever I had pain did make me feel better, but I increasingly felt that it wasn't a fundamental solution.

In particular, as the cycles of recurring pain became increasingly shorter, I felt that I needed to find a proper method for treating my migraines.

While visiting the hospital for a consultation, I was told that both medication and lifestyle management are necessary.

Hearing that it is more effective to respond early rather than after the pain has worsened has made me reflect on my life.

Since then, I started maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and reducing my caffeine intake.

I came to realize that these changes are not just simple habits, but an important method of treating migraines.

I also started combining light exercise and rest to reduce stress.

In particular, taking a rest immediately when I felt the onset of pain was a migraine treatment method that worked well for me.

As I tried various methods, I gradually started to see a pattern that suited me.

It has not completely disappeared, but the intensity and frequency of the pain have definitely decreased.

Through this experience, I learned that migraine treatment methods can be applied differently depending on the person.

I believe that maintaining a moderate lifestyle and a consistent rhythm is currently the most effective way to treat migraines.

I plan to continue managing my condition consistently and maintain a migraine treatment method that suits me.
