Temporary remedies for itchy noses and nosebleeds caused by rhinitis?

I blew my nose a lot over the weekend because of my rhinitis, so the area around my nose became raw and I even got a nosebleed.
It had subsided, but my rhinitis has gotten worse again, and it is very uncomfortable.
It’s frustrating having it red and swollen even after I get to work, and above all, the itching is really hard to bear.
I am planning to go to the hospital during lunchtime, so I am currently outside.

How should I temporarily manage it when it is sore, swollen, and bleeding?
