맞아요 저도 몸상하는거같더라구요 ㅠ 그래서 안먹어요
I'm curious about traditional Korean medicine dieting.
I have been dieting a lot since my twenties.
I took a lot of herbal medicine as well. I successfully lost weight, but I experienced a reboundㅠㅠ Also, herbal medicine is very expensiveㅜㅜ I don't know how it is now.
At least with herbal medicine, I liked that I could go directly and get prescriptions tailored to my constitution.
A few years ago, I tried taking the medication because I heard there was a patient, but taking the medication was difficult, my chest was pounding, and I couldn't sleep well at night.
Is this how it usually is, and it turns out that prescriptions can be made without face-to-face consultations.
I'm wondering if I can really trust it.
I haven't been eating since then because I can feel my body getting worse, since I'm the type to notice when my body is harmed ㅠ
