다이어트 한약 먹을 때 국물음식과 밀가루 음식 못 먹게 하는군요 요요 오는지는 저도 궁금합니다
I have taken diet herbal medicine about twice.
The first place I tried prescribed appetite suppressants along with the herbal medicine, and they measured the swelling together, adjusting the strength based on the swelling before prescribing the herbal medicine.
However, appetite suppressants make me forget other things, but I felt nauseous and gradually reduced my intake. When taking herbal medicine, I was advised not to eat greasy foods like soups or foods with flour or fried items, so I avoided them, and I definitely lost about 4 kilograms quickly.
But upon reflection, I think those dietary restrictions might not be necessary if you don't take herbal medicine, as you wouldn't lose weight just by not eating them.
After finishing the herbal medicine and returning to a regular diet, I experienced a yo-yo effect.
It was the same everywhere else.
At first, I lost weight, but after a month, the yo-yo effect came back.
Is that how it usually is?
